A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US

Hello!  We are Caleb and Brittany, Jesse and Kelsey Gavic.  Caleb and Jesse are two of four brothers that grew up going to their family cabin in Crosslake, MN.  When Brittany and Kelsey each became part of the family, they both quickly fell in love with the little town of Crosslake, too.  Between all of the lakes and fun things to do, it became a place where we all enjoyed spending much of our summers together out on the boat, trying new water sports, and spending time with family and friends.

The four of us have greatly enjoyed these past few years filled with weddings and gathering with family and friends to celebrate love. From this season of life sprouted the idea of opening a venue of our own. We had the dream to come alongside other couples, providing them with the space to creatively display their own love story. We never imagined that it would be something that we not only would get to do together, but also that we’d get to do it so soon!  When the Gavic family purchased some land in Pine River in 2017 that already had some great buildings on the property, we couldn’t keep our wheels from spinning as to what this could look like as an event center in the future.

The four of us decided to pursue this together and began working on it in the summer of 2018.  We knew it would take a lot of work in the areas of landscaping and renovation, but we had a vision and we were excited to get started on pursuing that.  We have had so much fun working on this property together to make it perfect for happy couples to make their favorite memories as they become one on their wedding days.

We have a passion for working hard and serving each couple in a way that makes them feel honored and celebrated. We have designed Swan Haven as a place of support and service where you feel confident knowing that we will be doing everything we can to make your wedding day as flawless as possible.
